About Us
Who We Are
Creative Kidz Cares Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Barnwell, South Carolina, dedicated to strengthening families and promoting healthy childhood development for children ages 0 to 5. Our mission is to close early developmental gaps, support parental growth, and increase access to essential services through home-based care, early learning initiatives, and community outreach.
We focus on equity, access, and impact — delivering services directly to families in rural and underserved communities across Barnwell and Aiken counties.

We envision a future where all children, regardless of zip code or income, have a strong foundation to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally — and where families feel empowered, equipped, and supported to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

What We Do
Through our Creative Care Connection Program, we offer weekly to monthly home visits using ASQ and PAT curriculum. We conduct developmental screenings, deliver culturally responsive parent coaching, and connect families to vital resources including childcare support, nutrition programs (WIC/SNAP), and mental health services. We also lead community-focused efforts such as holiday toy drives and resource giveaways.
Our Creative Boyz Initiative provides a specialized focus on young boys, addressing their early learning, social-emotional growth, and positive identity development through mentorship and targeted support.

Our Nonprofit Status
Creative Kidz Cares Foundation is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Our programs are designed in alignment with South Carolina’s early childhood development goals and are eligible for local, state, and private grant funding.
